KASHYAPAA — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, replacement, and refund procedures for products purchased from Kashyapaa (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with Kashyapaa, the customer (“you,” “your,” or “buyer”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Returns are accepted strictly within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by our logistics partner.
1.2 To qualify for a return, the product must be:
– Unused and in original condition;
– Free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear;
– Returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
1.3 Only products received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition are eligible for return under this Policy.
1.4 Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Return Shipping
2.1 Kashyapaa shall bear the cost of return shipping for approved return requests.
2.2 Upon approval, the Company will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return shipping label.
2.3 Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and no refund shall be issued.
3. Inspection & Approval
3.1 All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to reject a return if the product fails to meet the conditions outlined in Section 1.
3.3 In the event of rejection, the product may be shipped back to the customer at their own cost.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Upon approval of a return, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
4.2 Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4.3 The Company shall not be held responsible for delays arising from bank or payment gateway processing.
5. Conditions for Denial of Returns
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
– The return request is initiated after the 7-day window;
– The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering;
– The product is returned without original packaging or components;
– The item is customized, altered, or otherwise non-standard.
6. Return Request Procedure
6.1 All return requests must be submitted via email or phone within seven (7) days of delivery.
6.2 Customers must provide:
– Order ID;
– Photographic evidence of the claimed defect, damage, or discrepancy;
– A clear description of the issue.

7. Policy Amendments
