KASHYAPAA — SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs how Kashyapaa (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) processes, manufactures, ships, and delivers orders. By placing an order, the customer (“you,” “your”) agrees to the terms stated below.

1. Made-to-Order Production
1.1 All Kashyapaa products are manufactured only after an order is placed.
1.2 Items are not mass-produced; each unit is crafted individually to maintain quality.
1.3 Production begins after payment confirmation.

2. Processing & Production Time
2.1 Standard production time is 3–5 business days.
2.2 Processing may extend during festivals, high-volume periods, or operational delays.
2.3 Any significant delay will be communicated via email or phone.

3. Shipping Region — Maharashtra Only
3.1 Kashyapaa ships exclusively within the state of Maharashtra, India.
3.2 Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Maharashtra will be cancelled and refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
4.1 Shipping begins after production is completed.
4.2 Standard delivery time is 7–9 business days from order confirmation.
4.3 Total estimated time (production + delivery) is 10–14 business days.
4.4 All timelines are estimates and depend on third-party couriers.

5. Shipping Charges
5.1 Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
5.2 Certain regions within Maharashtra may incur additional surcharges depending on courier availability.

6. Order Tracking
6.1 Customers will receive a tracking link or consignment number once the order is dispatched.
6.2 Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

7. Delivery Attempts
7.1 Courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their internal policies.
7.2 Kashyapaa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details.

8. Address Accuracy
8.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
8.2 Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipping or refunds.

9. Risk of Loss or Damage
9.1 Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.
9.2 In case of visible damage upon arrival, the customer must document the issue and contact us immediately.

10. Non-Deliverable or Returned Packages
10.1 Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may require additional reshipping fees.
10.2 Refunds for such cases will exclude shipping and handling charges.

11. No International Shipping
11.1 Kashyapaa does not ship outside Maharashtra or internationally.
